Brittany leads with calm authority, operational precision, and a belief that true luxury lies in purposeful design. Founded on the principle that events should be as strategic and meaningful as they are beautiful, her approach combines years of deep industry expertise across catering, venue operations, and large-scale event production to ensure complex logistics feel completely seamless.
Educated in Hospitality Event Planning at the University of the Fraser Valley, Brittany’s career spans high-impact productions across Canada. From executing corporate events for up to 1,500 guests to producing remote private island celebrations and non-profit galas. Her versatility is built on key leadership roles, including running catering at Brock House Restaurant, relaunching The Loft at Earls Yaletown, and driving 1.8 million yearly sales as Event Planner with Culinary Capers Catering. Recognized internationally for catering experience and design, Brittany is widely known for her exceptional care to every celebration.
Now based in Kelowna with her husband and two daughters, Brittany personally guides her clients through high-stakes events with quiet confidence. Above all, she believes every celebration should have a clear reason to exist, creating purpose-driven experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.

I founded Walker & West to take on the operational and logistical challenges behind high-stakes events. We're based in Kelowna, and we work with planners, caterers, venues, corporate clients and non-profits across Canada. We also manage a select number of social events directly with clients.
A lot of event ideas look great on paper and get complicated once they meet a real venue and a real budget. We sit between the creative vision and the operational reality, and we make sure the two work together.
